Q.  How do I clean my new cloth diapers?

A.  When you first receive your diapers, before you use them, wash them 3 times to remove any oils from the cloth.  Dry them on hot to seal the outer fabric.  This helps your diapers be more absorbent.

After that, just dispose of any solids in the toilet.  Do a cold pre-rinse in your washer.  Then do a hot wash with two cold rinses, using a small amount of detergent and no bleach or fabric softener.  They should come out clean but if you have a tough stain you can sun it out.  Just leave the item in a sunny spot for a few hours until the stain is gone.  Easy!

Q.  What if I am dissatisfied with my diaper?

A.  Returns are accepted for store credit on unused, unwashed diaper within 30 days.  There is a 90 warranty of the diaper, and a lifetime warranty on snaps.  Exchanges for sizing are always accepted, but we cannot guarantee the same fabric will be available.  Please consult the size chart and measurements before ordering.

Q. I want a fabric that you don't have, do you do custom orders?

A.  Sure!  Email me and I'll gladly send you my address.  You can send me any fabric you like and I will make you a diaper from it.  Pieces must be at least 24 x 24 inches.  There is no extra charge for customs.

Q.  What is your turnaround time?

A.  My turnaround time is variable, depending on the amount of orders I have and occasionally on the wait for fabric to arrive to me.   My most current estimate is listed on the ordering page.  Please keep in mind that this is an estimate, not a guarantee.  Being a good mom is my primary responsibility, and sometimes that takes precedence.
